Jimmy Vegas: can the rookie runner-up finish the job?

Analysis based on confirmed SHD history. No Season 4 players have been drafted.
Jimmy Vegas made a successful entrance to SHD in Season 3. A 12–7–1 record and 9,762.40 regular-season points earned the #4 seed, followed by a 785.80–624.40 quarterfinal win over Deez Hughes Nuts.
The rookie then beat Titanic 527.40–455.40 in the semifinal. Cuylle of Duty stopped the run in the championship, winning 717.40–541.80.
Jimmy returns with Final experience already secured. Going one step further is an attractive preseason storyline, but it remains a projection before the draft. His three official rivalry meetings with former champion Gary Bettman add another test to the calendar.
