All 12 managers compete. The top four earn the first four opportunities to select their preferred draft position, in finishing order. The winner chooses any available slot from 1–12; each qualifier then chooses from the remaining slots. Winning does not automatically assign pick #1.

BATTLE ROYAL
The remaining eight managers compete in a WWE 2K26 Battle Royal. The Battle Royal determines their priority for selecting the remaining draft positions.
