The top eight teams at the end of the 23-week regular season qualify for the SHD playoffs.

Quarterfinals take place in Week 24, March 15–21, 2027. Semifinals follow in Week 25, March 22–28. The SHD Championship is decided in Week 26, March 29–April 4.

Playoff seeding and matchups will appear after the regular season. Cuylle of Duty enters the season as the reigning champion.
